GUARANTEE POLICY

We make every effort to maintain the integrity of our nursery stock. We guarantee that our nursery stock* is healthy and disease free at the time of purchase. If your plants fails to be healthy, or fails to be the variety as labeled, we will replace that item, or give store credit, at our discretion for the purchase price only, for up to one year from the date of purchase. We will not be responsible for loss or damage as a result of adverse weather conditions, neglect, animals or rodents, acts of God, or other conditions outside our control.
